I'm ReilyHi my name is Reily York. My genius hour project is to run a half marathon. I would say that I am not the best runner but I'm not the worse. The goal that I have for this is just to do the best I can do. I also want to come out of this not hating running. don't want to run so much to the point where I don't like it. I'm not looking to the entire 13.2 miles but close to it. I also want to have a healthy life style and why not start now. I already do CrossFit 3 times a week but am planning to run all the time I'm not building muscle. I plan on showing my accomplishments on my apple watch. On my watch I can track how many miles and my time. I already eat very healthy but plain on changing my diet based on how much exercise I will do that day. I am planning on doing a podcast every other week just to talk to y'all and let you know how I'm feeling.
